It automates data synchronisation across the major CDEs used on infrastructure projects — with native ISO 19650 compliance, no vendor lock-in, and no custom development required. CDE Platform Developers.
Background:
CDE Sync connects the platforms that run major infrastructure projects — Autodesk Construction Cloud, Bentley ProjectWise, Oracle Aconex, Microsoft SharePoint, Procore, Asite, InEight, 12D Synergy, and others — and keeps data synchronised across all of them, automatically. Each platform carries its own metadata schema, versioning logic, and API behaviour. Getting them to interoperate reliably, at scale, and in compliance with ISO 19650, is the problem we've spent years solving.
As a Microsoft Solutions Partner and Autodesk Authorised Developer, we work directly with the platforms our software integrates — early API access, close collaboration with vendor engineering teams, and domain depth that takes years to build. That's the environment you'd be working in.
We're looking for developers who want to work at that level. You don't need a construction background, but you do need to care about building systems that hold up in production on projects where the margin for error is low.

Background:
We're building the next layer of intelligence on top of CDE Sync — predictive analytics across fragmented CDE portfolios that surface coordination risks, carbon signals, and project health indicators currently invisible because the underlying data lives in too many places at once.
The cross-platform data infrastructure required to do this at scale simply didn't exist until CDE Sync was built. That infrastructure is now live and deployed across real projects — and the AI work sits directly on top of it, developed in a formal research partnership with the University of Technology Sydney and a consortium of leading construction technology companies, including buildingSMART Australasia, and Autodesk.
This is applied research. The datasets are real, the infrastructure is live, and the outputs are designed to reach production. Construction is one of the last major industries where AI hasn't made a significant dent — not because the problems aren't there, but because the data layer wasn't ready. It is now.
What the work involves:
